First Course

Panther Creek Pino Grigio
Hamachi Crudo:  Raw shaved pacific yellowtail, lemon wasabi cream, baby heirloom tomatoes, Persian cucumber, Japanese caviar, radish sprouts and crispy shallots.

Second Course
Panther Creek Pinot Noir

Petaluma Duck Terrine:  With wine glazed leeks and fennel served with a wedge of Tomales County Creamery Atica and house made seeded wild garlic crisps.

Third Course
Sbragia Zinfandel
Indchiostro Tagliatelle Di Seppia:  Squid ink pasta in a rich garlic wine sauce, roasted miniature vegetables crowned with imported aged ricotta salata.

Fourth Course
Delille Cellars D2 Merlot/Cabernet

Watkins Farm hand raised, grass fed grilled ribeye:  Topped with imported Italian Casale Monferrato Gorgonzola butter served with butternut squash soufflé.

Fifth Course
Sbragia Cabernet

Wild Berry Clafoutis:  A rich berry custard topped with a pink pepper crème anglaise and house made chipotle pepper ganache truffles.
