Postpile, art in Landscape Through the Eyes of Abstraction exhibit at California Art Museum Thousand Oaks.
A multi-media group exhibition exploring contemporary interpretations of the classic landscape opens Friday, February 18, 2022 at the California Museum of Art Thousand Oaks (CMATO).  
Featuring works by nationally renowned artists Luciana Abait, Kim Abeles, Charles Arnoldi, Laddie John Dill, Cynthia Ona Innis and Claudia Parducci, Landscape Through the Eyes of Abstraction explores landscape from a conceptual perspective. Through video, installation, painting and photography, the artists stretch the boundaries of traditional landscape art while inviting viewers to contemplate humanity’s complex relationship with the natural world. 

Be sure to catch this timely and important exhibition, on view through July 31! CMATO is located on the second level and is open Thursday, 2:00-6:00 PM and Friday-Sunday from 12:00-6:00 PM. General admission is free.
