Parking
Enjoy convenient access to over 1,000 covered parking spaces, along with multiple surface lots surrounding the property. Parking is complimentary for all guests.
Curbside Pick-up
Curbside pickup is available for select dining locations, including The Cheesecake Factory, Wood Ranch, and Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar.
Designated curbside parking spaces are conveniently located near each restaurant and clearly marked for easy access. Simply place your order directly with the restaurant and follow their curbside pickup instructions upon arrival.
Food Delivery
Craving your favorites at home? Many of our restaurants offer delivery through platforms like DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub.
Simply order through your preferred app and enjoy The Oaks dining from wherever you are.
Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
Convenient EV charging is available throughout the property:
· Tesla Superchargers are located on the south side of the parking structure
· EVgo charging stations are located on the south side of the property near Arhaus
· JOLT charging stations are located outside of Macy’s Women’s & Kids and Macy’s Men’s & Home
Bike Racks
Bike racks are conveniently located throughout the property, including near the Food Court Patio, Nordstrom, Urban Plates/AMC Theatres, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Macy’s Men’s & Home and on the north side of the mall near Bank of America and Olive Garden.
Ride Share
Designated ride share pick up and drop off locations are available outside of AMC Theatres on the east side of the property and outside of the food court.

Located in the Food Court near the restrooms
Complimentary Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available in the common areas
Family Lounges & Restrooms
The Oaks’ Family Lounges include private nursing areas, comfortable seating, and convenient amenities for parents and caregivers. Family Lounges are located within each family restroom:
· Level 1 near the Food Court and Playspace
· Level 2 across from Anthropologie
Lost & Found
Please contact Security for assistance with lost and found items. The Security Office is located on Level 1 near Starbucks and Macy’s Men’s & Home.
