The Oaks Code of Conduct

Welcome to The Oaks, a proud member of the Stockdale Capital Partners portfolio and your go-to destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment. We are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming environment for all guests, their families, and employees. As private property, our center - including its parking areas - is open for your convenience, and we kindly ask that you follow our Code of Conduct and adhere to local laws and regulations during your visit. Failure to comply may result in being asked to leave or, if necessary, facing legal action.

• Wear appropriate attire. Hoodies are perfectly acceptable, but clothing displaying obscenities, gang symbols, political messages, or sexually explicit material is not.
• Avoid disruptive behavior. Help us maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment. Physical or verbal harassment is strictly prohibited.
• Weapons, or toy replicas, of any kind are strictly prohibited.
• Open alcoholic beverages are only allowed in designated areas.
• No solicitation of any kind is permitted.
• Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.
• Unauthorized expressive activities not sponsored by the center are prohibited. Expressive activities must comply with mall policies.
• Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated smoking areas.
• No loitering in common areas or spaces that could obstruct other guests.
• Photography and videography for commercial use are prohibited. Personal, non-commercial recording is allowed as long as it is not disruptive.
• The use of devices or technologies to capture or gather location-based data for commercial purposes is prohibited.
• Activities that obstruct traffic, disrupt public peace, or involve unauthorized commercial conduct are prohibited.
• Bringing animals (except service animals), consuming alcohol outside designated areas, and using illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
• Visitors must avoid displaying inappropriate material on electronic devices.
• Vandalism, loitering, and tampering with property are strictly prohibited.
• The riding, pushing or carrying of bikes, roller-blades, scooters skateboards in the Malls is not allowed.
• Face or head coverings for religious purposes are welcomed and medical face coverings are also permitted – they are also available on request from guest services for those who need them.
• If you’re wearing something with a hood, please make sure it is down when inside the center. Face coverings such as balaclavas or ski masks are not allowed.
• Groups of four or more may be challenged and required to disperse and unsociable behavior, including swearing, shouting or any behavior that could be detrimental to a family environment is not acceptable.

Important Note: Stockdale Capital Partners reserves the right to update or modify this Code of Conduct at any time. Any exceptions will be at the sole discretion of the center's management.
